Archith brings deep functional expertise across leading HCM platforms, including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle Taleo, along with exposure to Eightfold.ai, Celonis, and ServiceNow. Beyond technology, he leverages Generative AI and RPA to streamline processes and applies Agile and Design Thinking principles to drive sustainable adoption.
